Building a Bolt parameter database Creating a standard parts library requires the use of a database to store the data of the part class. Two databases need to be created when designing the bolt database: 1 parameter database of Bolts of various specifications; 2 bolt standard length series database. In the design of the database, some data needs to be added for the convenience of control. For example, when controlling the length range of bolts of a certain specification, two columns of data l_max and l_min can be added according to the information in the standard, and the maximum length of a certain bolt listed in the standard can be added. And the minimum length is recorded, and the length value that meets the requirements can be selected from the standard length list according to these two values when designing the program.
The system interface design and data processing are the interfaces for setting the parameters required for the bolts. In the standard, coarse hex head bolts are divided into preferred and non-preferred specifications. When the user uses the preferred size bolts, the system automatically filters the preferred bolt specifications from the bolt database and lists them in the "Specifications" list for the user to select. The clutch control target is a steady increase in the speed of the driven disc and the transmitted torque, reducing the impact of the vehicle, while the clutch engagement process can be completed faster. The clutch driven disc speed increases steadily, the clutch transmission torque increases steadily, the impact is small, the starting time is within 2s, the starting speed is fast, and the operation is stable. The simulation results show that the control scheme has better dynamic performance and can meet the smooth starting requirements of the vehicle on the slope. Therefore, the clutch control law of this paper is ideal.
Analyze the characteristics and shortcomings of clutch control of automatic mechanical gearbox (AMT gearbox). It is based on the ideal clutch torque transmission control for AMT vehicles with large impacts on clutch control, unstable engine operation and vehicle rolling. The method, by optimizing the traditional impact and sliding performance indicators, combined with the driver's intention and the judgment of the road, the optimal clutch control law was established. The simulation results show that the method not only ensures the smoothness and quickness of the starting on the vehicle slope, but also combines the mapping method and the analytical method to reduce the calculation amount, and also has the quickness and accuracy in the algorithm implementation.
